Property & Safety Surveys was established by Principal Risk Control Surveyor Mark Rennie in July 2001.
From our office base in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset (close to M5 Motorway Junction 22) we cover the South West of England and South Wales and act by appointment to insurance underwriters and brokers to undertake material damage, business interruption and liability insurance risk surveys and provide comprehensive reports, EML calculations and risk improvement programmes in accordance with recognised industry standards. Our service includes as standard:
A high quality survey report in an agreed format to support your underwriting and / or marketing objectives
Discussion and agreement of risk improvements at the time of survey (where applicable / practicable)
Post-survey assistance with enquiries, technical support, appraisal of proposals / specifications, etc
